| Lauren Seippel - Executive Director |
| Lauren joined the BBBS staff in December 2006. She is a graduate of Frostburg State University and holds a Masters in Social Work from the University of Maryland. Lauren has been a Big Sister since 2003 and enjoys hanging out with her "Little" Sierra. She also enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and the arts. |

| Tari Emmart - Mineral and Allegany County Match Support Specialist |
| Tari is the newest member of the BBBS staff. After graduating from Allegany College of Maryland, Tari has worked with children between the ages of 6-18 as the Residential Treatment Associate at Burlington United Methodist Family Services. Tari will be focusing on growing the Mineral County branch and helping to launch the new Lunch Buddies program at Frankfort Intermediate School in Ft. Ashby. In her spare time, Tari enjoys spending time with her two children, camping, reading, and sports. |
